Please visit North Shore Animal League America, the world’s largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization in the world!

We host complimentary walking tours of our Port Washington, New York campus on the 1st Friday of each month from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.  Please meet in front of the shelter at 2:00 pm.  An Animal League representative will be on hand to lead the tour and answer any questions you may have.

Tour stops include:

  • Our 17,000 square foot shelter
  • The Purina® Cat Habitat
  • The Dog Park
  • The Alex Lewyt Veterinary Medical & Wellness Center
  • The Lewyt Ark

All are welcome! Wheelchair accessible.
