Headquarters: Adopters Needed!

Live in the Tri-State Area? A Note to Local Adopters: Seventy-nine homeless animals evacuated from high-risk Gulf State shelters in the path of Hurricane Gustav are now safe at North Shore Animal League America, and several of the animals are ready for adoption.

    My family & I just adopted a puppy that was rescued from Gustav and we are so happy that we were able to give him a home!! I think it is really great that people care enough to go save our aniamls so they are safe & cared for during these terrible hurricanes. I hope more people go down and do there part and adopt these animals and give them a home!!

    caring and devoteing so much of your time to help,care for,and take
    care of our homeless pets.I lost my
    wonderful friend Maggie,my Beagle
    last year,she was 15 and died from
