Here’s Penny looking very comfortable and at ease in her loving foster care home!

Penny’s family has been working hard to help her shed a few of the extra pounds she’s been carrying around. She doesn’t have a sagging belly just yet, but she does have a little extra weight all over. To keep her at a healthy weight her family has her on a wet food diet for her renal failure and will continue to monitor her feeding. However, just from brushing her alone she seems to have lost a few pounds in hair! Penny’s family is happy to report that she has become more social with them around the house and now loves to sit on her adoptive mother’s lap whenever she is at the computer. She even clings to her adoptive mother by wrapping her paws around her waist when she tries to get up from the chair! It’s quite the sight to behold Penny trying to make her owner stay put.
