Because Chester tends to guard his resources such as food and toys, he would prefer to be the only pet in the house. Chester needs a home where the adopters have experience with large breed dogs and will take on the role of being a pack leader. Chester has some arthritis and decreased muscle mass in his hind legs. He is currently on Cosequin, which is a nutritional supplement to help lubricate his joints. It will be provided to the adopter at low cost.
