Artist Dale Rogers is proud to partner with North Shore Animal League America and bring to you his amazing, larger-than-life American Dog sculptures. Being an animal lover, Dale has found a way to make his artistic passion benefit his passion for helping save the dogs, cats, puppies and kittens of the Animal League. In speaking about his choice to collaborate with the Animal League Dale says, “I wanted to reward the organization that had done the most good, and it was clearly North Shore Animal League America. Their record, reputation, and commitment are unparalleled.” He adds, “I am truly humbled and honored to be working with this wonderful organization.”

Dale Rogers has crafted 16 Limited Edition New American Dog sculptures, specially designed with the Animal League in mind! Each numbered sculpture, made of Cor-ten steel, has the traditional large bone in the middle with the Animal League logo in the belly of the bone. They will also have the words Animal League etched into a leg of the sculpture. The dogs are slightly different than Dale’s traditional American Dogs, making them “Mutt-i-grees®.” Dale has never done a limited, numbered set, so these sculptures are truly unique.

The dog is 6 feet tall and 7.5 feet long and 8 inches thick, weighing approximately 165 pounds. It has a mounting base plate (big bone) at the base of the front feet, which is 4 foot long and weighs approximately 80 pounds.

In addition, Dale is making five cats, also a first for the artist. The cat is designed to sit on top of the dog. It is 45 inches long and 31 inches tall and 4 inches thick. These cats are not sold separately as his legs are curved to match the dogs back and cannot stand independently. The dogs can be sold separately.

One third of the proceeds of the sale of these sculptures will benefit the Animal League.
