Pet Adoptathon Pre-Approval Inquiry

For a limited time, you can get pre-approved for adoption during our 2024 Global Pet Adoptathon and receive $20 off adoption fees during opening weekend, Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5!

This online form will accept 10 applicants per day, through Friday, April 26, 2024. Once the daily limit is reached the form will close and re-open again the next morning at 10:00am. Our Adoption Counselors will reach out to each applicant to continue the pre-approval process. These slots will be filled on a first come first served basis. Potential adopters may be required to provide additional information when contacted for application review. Adopters must be at least 21 years old. All applications are subject to approval.

Once approved, join us at our Port Washington, NY Adoption Center during our Global Pet Adoption opening weekend and find your new best friend!

Only applicants from the following states will be considered for adoption.

Connecticut
Delaware
Maryland
Massachusetts

New Hampshire
New Jersey
New York
Pennsylvania

Rhode Island
Vermont
Washington D.C.
