Walk & Wag National Fundraising Challenge
How many lives can you save?
Now in its 9th year, Walk & Wag encourages both our local NYC communities and boroughs and animal-loving communities everywhere to get active while raising critical funds for our no-kill mission.
We will keep you updated on fun weekly contests and milestone fundraising rewards. Once you join you can easily share your fundraising page on Facebook. You can also share your walk journey by telling friends and family why you walk – whether it’s for your favorite furry pal, in memory of a devoted animal lover or pet, or for animals EVERYWHERE!
We are counting on our corporate friends and donors to consider showing their dedication to saving homeless pets – either by sponsoring this lifesaving event or by forming a team to help raise funds!
Join us for our in-person Walk
On Sunday, October 19, join us for our in-person Walk at Garvies Point in Glen Cove. Bring your family, friends and of course your PAW-some pup to this dog-friendly event! Families, children, and friends of all ages and abilities are welcome! All walkers will enjoy a vendor fair, activities, food and drinks, music, and our adoption unit with adorable, adoptable puppies and kittens.
