We are happy to report that Rockstar is doing well! He went to the veterinarian for a recent physical and was told that his liver is looking good and he gained some much needed weight. When Rockstar was adopted by his loving family, he weighed 57 pounds and now he’s weighing in at a healthy 80 pounds. He enjoyed the Christmas holiday with his family. They made sure that he had a generously filled holiday stocking of dog toys! His adopted mother tells us that Rockstar has a mind of his own and she finds that remarkable. For example, when he wants to play with his family, he’ll sit down in front of them, look directly at them and bark for attention. If you try to ignore him, he’ll go get one of his toys and put them in your lap practically forcing you to play with him!
