Pet Adoptathon

North Shore Animal League America's Pet Adoptathon® 2012 is the premier global pet adoption event. During this harmonious adoption effort, over 1,000 shelters from around the globe will join the Animal League in an effort to save as many pets’ lives as possible.

On May 5, 2012 and May 6, 2012, thousands of shelters around the world will join North Shore Animal League America in our 18th Annual Pet Adoptathon. Many participating shelters will join the Animal League in staying open for 36 straight hours, as we strive to save as many pets’ lives as possible.

The Animal League has saved 1,000,000 lives. As the world’s largest no-kill rescue and adoption organization, we understand that a rescue isn’t complete until each animal is placed into a loving home.
