Pet Adoptathon Kick-Off Weekend:
Saturday, June 1st & Sunday, June 2nd

Live in the NY/NJ/CT area? Animal League America will kick off Pet Adoptathon 2013 by opening its doors on Saturday, June 1st for 36 straight hours! Tri-state area animal lovers are encouraged to make their way to our Port Washington, NY adoption center to see the largest selection of puppies, dogs, cats and kittens. There will be plenty of activities and fun for the entire family! Get the details here!

About Pet Adoptathon

In 1995, North Shore Animal League America created the first Pet Adoptathon® with a simple yet profoundly important goal: saving the lives of homeless animals and finding them permanent loving homes.

Since then, over 2,500 shelter partners and rescue groups around the globe joined together with us to make Pet Adoptathon a phenomenal success. Nearly a half million animals, to date, have been saved through Pet Adoptathon, the largest cooperative adoption event in the world.
