Our Port Washington, NY Adoption Center is now open by appointment only. If you’re looking to open your home to a new furry friend, please fill out the form below to schedule an adoption appointment at either or Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center or the Alex and Elisabeth Lewyt Canine Adoption Center. You can also take a moment to view the available animals on our website to get an idea of the great dogs, cats, puppies and kittens that are here waiting to become your new best friend.

Please Note: All social distancing protocols will be observed during the appointment and face masks must be worn at all times. All adoptions are subject to approval and you must be 21 or older to adopt. We cannot guarantee the selection of adoptable animals at the time of any appointment and animals cannot be held for your visit. Our experienced Adoption Counselors will make every effort to match you with your perfect pet. Appointments are for the Port Washington, NY campus only.

If you are interested in any pets from our website, please list their names and ID numbers.
Please note, It is not necessary to make multiple appointments if you are interested it multiple pets.

Have you been pre-approved within the last 90 days? Pre-approval is not required to schedule an adoption appointment but all adoptions, even to previous adopters, are subject to a thorough approval process. Pre-approval will make that process quicker.
