We always have a wide variety of highly adoptable dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens just waiting for responsible, loving homes to call their own.

We rescue animals on a regular basis and strive to keep our app up-to-date on the animals we have on our campus. We encourage potential adopters to visit our Pet Adoption Center to meet their new best friend.

Our adoption screening process is designed to ensure that each animal is placed in a responsible, loving home with an adopter who is prepared to make a lifelong commitment. An important part of the adoption process is to match the lifestyle and needs of the adopter with the individual dog or cat being considered. If the screening process occasionally seems overly strict or time-consuming, understand that our first priority is to consider every animal’s best interests.

Although we have a wide variety of breeds, you will almost always find a large selection of mixed-breed animals – pets we call Mutt-i-grees®. Our large selection of Mutt-i-grees® come in a great variety of sizes, shapes and colors, and our counselors will help you find your perfect match.

We always want our adopted pets to have a safe and easy transition from shelter to happy home. Before you come to pick up your new best friend, remember to have the following items on hand to transport your pet:

  • All feline adopters are required to bring an appropriate sized pet carrier to bring their new cat home. If a double adoption, adopters must bring two carriers, or a single carrier large enough to accommodate both cats comfortably. Cats and kittens CANNOT go home without a carrier, and will not be permitted to leave in a carrier that is too small for their size. If adopters do not have one, pet carriers are available for purchase at our Pet Supply Store.
