Hydee was admitted to North Shore Animal League America’s care in early 2024, as a rescue from Puerto Rico. Hydee has feline interstitial cystitis, and is on a twice-daily medication and a prescription diet to manage her condition. Left untreated, she would suffer from inflammation and a thickening of the bladder wall, as well as blood in her urine. Though Hydee’s disorder can be very stressful for her, this beauty with the chocolate milk mustache holds her own.
