Dandelion is a female cat whose name might suggest softness and sweetness, but she’s more of a bold breeze than a gentle bloom. Transferred to us from another shelter alongside her friendly sister—who has since found her forever home—Dandelion is now waiting for her own unique match. She’s a bit spicy and slow to trust, preferring her space and independence over cuddles and attention. That said, she has already made meaningful progress since arriving, showing glimpses of curiosity and comfort that hint at her potential to blossom in the right environment. Dandelion needs a special kind of home with patient, understanding people who are comfortable coexisting with a cat who may never seek out affection. Her growth has exceeded our expectations, and she’s ready for a safe, consistent home where she can continue to bloom at her own pace.
