Bootsie

Triple Adoption with Asher, #IR1159. & Lexi, #IR1157. Despite many hardships set before them, triplets Lexi, Bootsie and Asher have never let life’s hiccups interrupt their happy-go-lucky catitudes. Their story began in what seems to most a tropical paradise, the Cayman Islands, but it wasn’t paradise for 3 little visually challenged babies who would have suffered without the eyelid agenesis surgeries they received from our hero vets to restore comfort to their lives. Even with the irritations of their eye issues prior to surgery, they were living it up in a premium foster home where they were observed to be very bonded to each other. Animal League America has pulled out all the stops for these mag- nificent tiny survivors, even including them as part of our Help Me Heal program to cover any future care for their eyes fully for life when using our Pet Health Centers. Lexi, Bootsie and Asher are abundantly grateful for the gifts we’ve provided them; one final parting gift would be for them to spend furever together. Do you have room in your heart to be their ultimate hero?

High-Quality Medical Care

For the first 15 days following your adoption, we care for an adopted animals in our medical center. An adoption counselor will provide any adopter with specific details on what medical services are covered. After this period, adopters can transition to our Pet Health Center where our high-quality veterinary care continues.

We offer low-cost, high-quality veterinary care to all dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens—including pets not adopted here. Our quality veterinarian team provides all the services you would expect from a private veterinary practice, and when you visit our Pet Health Center, not only do you receive low-cost pet care, but proceeds help support our mission to save lives.
