For its fifth year, Walk & Wag encouraged animal-loving communities nationwide to get active virtually in support of our no-kill mission. Our Walk & Wag Ambassadors Renee Felice Smith (actress, author and rescue advocate) and Chris Gabriel (composer, author, rescue advocate), and their dogs, Velma, Mabel and Alfie led the charge to get walking with our furry friends. Those who registered were able to participate in fun contests, qualify for fundraising rewards, and enjoy a variety of activities throughout the month of September.
