Pennsylvania SPCA Teams Up With North Shore Animal League America for 2023 Global Pet Adoptathon® in Partnership with Rachael Ray® Nutrish®

WHAT:
The Pennsylvania SPCA is teaming up with North Shore Animal League America for the 29th Annual Global Pet Adoptathon® – in partnership with Rachael Ray® Nutrish®. This yearly, month-long initiative focuses on finding loving, responsible homes for animals (rescued locally, nationally, and internationally) and celebrating the devoted worldwide community that facilitates and supports animal rescue and adoption.

On Wednesday, May 24 the PSPCA is waiving all fees on dog adoptions at their Philadelphia headquarters. They’re open from 12:30pm through 6:30pm. Potential adopters must bring everyone who lives in the home, a valid ID (and proof of address if their ID is not current.) Please also bring any resident dogs with proof of UTD distemper, rabies, and Bordetella vaccines.

Global Pet Adoptathon continues throughout the month of May with over 2,000 animal shelters and rescue groups across the country and around the world joining Animal League America for this premiere global pet adoption event, in partnership with Rachael Ray® Nutrish®, to help save the lives of thousands of homeless animals.
