As the world’s largest no-kill rescue and adoption organization, it’s only fitting that North Shore Animal League America spearheads Tour For Life®, the world’s largest cooperative lifesaving adoption event sponsored by Purina®. For 10 weeks, our state-of-the-art Mobile Adoption Units traveled through 50 cities in 37 states, promoting the plight of homeless companion animals and collaborating with our shelter partners to facilitate more than 2,000 adoptions!

In 2013, Cordelia was officially welcomed into her new family in the grandest of fashion – an adoption celebration at a local restaurant with her new family and friends. This past January the celebration continued as Cordelia celebrated five years of happily ever after.
